We were referred to Naples Floorcovering and have since shared that referral with many others because the level of service Tom and Anne provide is superb- far above and beyond expectations. Tom personally came to measure and shared his knowledge and recommendations. His installers did a great job. Most importantly we had a water leak at 6pm on the Friday after hurricane Milton. I called Tom and he answered and walked us through how to preserve the carpet. He then sent installers and his recommended cleaner out to replace padding and re-lay the carpet. The new pad was mistakenly a little different from the original and Tom sent the team to replace it. This level of personalized service goes above and beyond. Thank you!

Others may have the same or similar products. And you may find off price or low price options elsewhere. But you will not find the care and quality anywhere else that is offered by Tom and Ann at Naples Floor Coverings. They will become your friends and your go to people for everything to do with flooring in your home. They really care and the quality of their service and the work that they do is worth much more than the money you pay them. In that sense, they are a bargain.
