When they came out yesterday when Seth set up my pump times and RPM I couldn't go put to watch him, I wanted to change a setting but when I went out there later I realized its not as easy as my other pump. I contacted Terry and said I was stumped and needed their assistance , he had his Technician Sloan come out, he arrived at probably an hour after I contacted them. Sloan came in went to pump and proceeded to change the settings and explained the procedure for me and answered my questions. ,"Who said you can't teach an old dog new tricks" . I really appreciate this Company, they are professional and really care about their customers. Great service, fantastic Technicians, a wonderful Company to deal with.

We looked around before we settled on having Steve and his crew build our pool, but from the first conversation with Steve I knew he would be the one. Together we carefully planned our pool, including the materials, shape, and patio. Throughout the process Steve was always available for communication and consistently provided updated plans to help us visualize what the pool would look like. We also did troubleshooting on issues that could have affected inspections and found solutions before they ever became problems. Steve also went through all the options for the different materials and components, explaining the pros and cons but never trying upsell me on the next best thing. Instead, Steve is a straight shooter and can be very direct in his advice and opinions--but in a good way.
One thing we always heard about pool contractors was that they say something will cost "X," but then once the installation starts the price goes up to "X + $$$" because of this or that problem. Steve and his crew were completely the opposite. Steve explained all the possible scenarios where a choice we made might involve more labor or equipment which might increase the price. In other words, there were no surprises when the bill came. Terry is the company's finance guy, and he is even more communicative than Steve. Terry makes things clear from a pricing standpoint, which is very helpful.
On top of that, our pool is beautiful and well constructed. Steve's crew was always professional, friendly, and more than willing to explain each part of the process as it was happening. And I could tell they took great pride in the quality of the build. As Shane, one of the crew, said, "I only want to hear about your pool when there's a pool party."
We are very pleased we went with My Favorite Pool Builder--they've lived up to their name.
