From the moment we walked into the Mr. Glass showroom we knew we were in the right place. Seeing the products in person made a huge difference, and we ended up choosing one of the most beautiful doors we’ve ever seen, the design and build quality are truly on another level. You can immediately tell these are premium, well-made products.

Even though Mr. Glass is the manufacturer and not the installer, their team was incredibly helpful and made sure our contractor had all the information and support needed for everything to go smoothly. It’s clear why so many contractors recommend them. The fact that they are local gave us extra confidence and much faster service.

We are beyond happy with the final result and would highly recommend Mr. Glass to any homeowner looking for top quality and a stunning finished look for their home.

I went in today to see Ernesto. I went through the wrong entrance and met a lovely woman who walked me to the correct area. She was very attentive and even made me coffee. She showed me some of the products while I waited for Ernesto. I also noticed everyone wearing the same shirts and some videotaping. She explained that there was a holiday today. We spoke for almost 20 minutes and she showed me some of her favorite doors.Later as I finished I learned she is the attorney for the company. Everyone was very pleasant. The product looks beautiful in person. But I was most impressed by the customer service. I would assume the attorney is busy but she showed this older and slower woman a lot of care and patience. That goes a long way and just for that alone I would buy something from this company. I commend the owners for hiring people that care. I grew up in Miami as a banking executive. It has been many years since I have been treated with a smile and respect like today as I trained my staff over 25 years ago.

In February, we purchased two sliding doors from HD Glass, an “authorized vendor” listed on Mr. Glass’s website, for over $5,000. Seven months later, we have not received the doors, the money was taken and deposited by this vendor. HD glass and their representative have since ghosted us. This was our second purchase through the same HD Glass representative. Our first order was fulfilled smoothly, and we installed two Mr. Glass sliding doors, though I believe their quality is inferior to competitors like PGT or ESW.

Despite HD Glass’s failure to deliver, Mr. Glass has distanced themselves from the issue, claiming no responsibility for their authorized vendors’ actions. Their internal quoting system, which HD Glass used to send us official-looking quotes (see attached picture), lent legitimacy to the transaction. When we contacted Mr. Glass, they confirmed HD Glass as an authorized vendor but of course now they hold no accountability for the actions of HD Glass. They also threatened legal action for defamation when we raised concerns publicly.

It’s a case of Schrödinger's Representative!!! In the first order, he is an authorized representative of HD Glass who quoted and delivered the doors I open and close daily. But in the second order, he’s not an authorized representative of HD glass and has never been heard of before!

Mr. Glass should be accountable for vetting and endorsing their vendors. HD Glass remains listed as an authorized vendor on their website.. Meanwhile, we are facing legal threats from Mr. Glass’s lawyer for sharing our honest and truthful experience on this platform which is speech protected under both the First Amendment and The Consumer Review Fairness Act.

Bottom line, their product is cheaper than the better competitors and it shows in the finishes and the smoothness and ease of opening the doors. But the biggest issue here is one of accountability, if you order from an authorized vendor and the deal goes south as unfortunately it has for us, you will not find any help or accountability from this company.

I recently had my third set of Mr. Glass Windows and Doors installed in my current residence. The contractor I chose for the installation was a nightmare to work with. He made an already stressful situation that much worse! My front door had a gap between when closing and after ample attempts to rectify with my contractor, I reached out to Mr. Glass directly and they were wonderful! Ricardo attempted to correct the issue during his first visit but there was still a gap when the door was closed. Ricardo and Santiago came back out with different size weather stripping and magically fixed the issue. Both Ricardo and Santiago were so professional and knowledgeable. They took their time and then showed me what they did. They ensured I was happy with the results before leaving and I so appreciate that!

While Mr. Glass stated the door was okay but the installation was not done properly, Mr. Glass still made all efforts to correct the issue created by my contractor and that speaks volumes! Thank you so much Mr. Glass and Windows and I am confident you know how much of asset Ricardo and Santiago are to your organization! You are so appreciated!

I am very pleased with Mr. Glass, from the sales representative (Miguel) to the delivery drivers (Heriberto). Every person who has assisted us so far has provided exceptional service, perfectly complementing the top-quality materials and leaving a great impression on the end customer.
