I haven't had the pleasure of doing business with Mr. Cool yet, I called to get a quote on a new AC system. I talked to Sam, who was so knowledgeable, professional, and just pleasant to talk with. Unlike many other HVAC companies in Cape Coral that try to impose their rules on you and only give you estimates, if you let them into your house, Sam gave me a quote over the phone, consulted me on the right system for my house, and answered all my questions, on top of that the quoted price was very reasonable. I wish there were more HVAC companies like this. Thank you, Sam!

We have a fantastic a/c company we have used for years. We were house sitting at our daughters home while her husband was receiving a kidney transplant. The a/c went out on a Thursday in August! I called our regular company A/C breeze. Mario was going out of town in the morning and recommended Mr. Cool. They came out the next day, ordered the parts over the weekend and repaired it perfectly by Monday. Both techs were very professional. I had a concern regarding the bill . I called and talked to Kevin ,a supervisor. He listened well and straightened it out, even exceeding our expectations. They are now our backup ,and I would highly recommend this company.

Let me just start off by saying I did not know very much about this company. All I know is my neighbors used them for a brand new York system. Your price absolutely blew all the other air-conditioning companies Out of the water and I got five quotes The senior technician Kevin was absolutely phenomenal He walked me through the whole process and now they are scheduled for next week to install a brand new unit thank you Mr Cool. You will be the only ones touching my system.

Great group of people Zachary and Mark where great, got here on time got to work right away got the old system out quick glad to see that junk go. Took their time installing new unit making sure everything was installed properly. House is cooling down after a week with no AC. Thank you again.

Guy showed up to fix ac unit twice at a rental property. I explained I was a licensed tech in another state he didn't seem to care. No air flow and evap line frosting up all the way to compressor. First time he said it was water in the drip pan cleaned it out lasted till about 3am second day he worked on it for 2 hours and said it was filter and removed it. I asked if he checked coil he said it was clean problem was he was looking at the outlet of coil. He removed filter and said it was all set again next morning hot again but I was checking out good luck to new renters and owner probably gonna continue clogging evap and possibly get slug of liquid back to compressor and blow it up or pop the relief valve good luck to owner at 3808 SW 27th Ct, Cape Coral, FL 33914. He worked harder to get out of work then actually fixing it.
