So far so good with dealing with Molter's. We're having our house tented because we ended up getting bed bugs, ugh.
(Wouldn't wish those f**kers on anyone.)
The staff that answers phones has been very helpful answering questions etcetera.
The bug man Hugh(?), has also been very helpful in explaining the process to me and insuring that the tent will stay on longer then if it was being tented for termites.
The tent is still on the house, so I'll update when it's removed.
(*Update). Our tent was removed, all bugs appear to be dead!!! We've not had a single problem since.

Customer Reviews
See all on Google ↗I’ve been a Molter customer for eight years.
They have done quarterly sprays the entire time. I’ve never paid an invoice late for any of their service. Today I asked if they would accept a three day post dated check for a five hundred dollar service. They refused to trust me for three lousy days. I’m no longer a customer. Dan Molter and his office staff care nothing about his once longtime loyal customers!
Our pest contract person called and Informed us over the answering machine the date and approx. times on that day of his arrival. That time/date wasn't good for us my mother/I we weren't available at this time/ date, my mother was in rehab I was working. No one would be at our home that date .And when I tried to call back and it was after hours I then tried to email but the email page didn't work . So I want to know why don't they have a working email account. Or some one to answer/an answering service for after hours? And I also want to know how there're going to SPRAY our house. This is the only way I could have gotten in contact with them, no answering machines, there email didn't work properly. They do a very good job otherwise
$160 is more important than a monthly customer. Molter said they are going to send me to collections if I don't pay $160 for the flea service that didn't work. They weren’t informative of the actions they take for the flea treatment. They told me if I don’t do the inside treatment with my outside treatment it isn’t guaranteed for 30 days. The inside treatment wasn’t available the day the outside treatment was done. They weren’t open for 5 days. There was no way to tell anyone my problem was worse than it was before they sprayed. It was so much worse my dogs couldn’t be in the yard. Just walking in the yard your legs got completely covered in fleas. I have 3 children the youngest being 7 months. They were getting bit by fleas every time they would go outside. I was worried about my kids so I called another company to take care of the job that Molter failed at. When I talked to Molter the lady was rude not understanding and didn’t care that my kids were getting bit by fleas ( my 6 year old was having an allergic reaction to the flea bites so to me it was an emergency). When I told her my concerns for my kids she got very sarcastic and rude and continued to threaten me with collections. The fact they she showed no care for a loyal customer sickens me so I canceled my monthly services with them. Please leave money hungry Molter and get better service with Orkin. Orkin had my problem taken care of same day. Not one flea found.
We hired Molter because we had a rat(s) under our manufactured home. Molter put some traps under the house, wire screening and a lot of a foam product around our air conditioner to close possible points of entry. Turns out they put foam in one of the holes they shouldn't have. Had to hire a repair person to drain the water, fix the A/C insulation, and install wire to replace the foam. Paid Molter $500. Cost $90 to correct Molter's mistake. They prey on your emotions and don't know what they are doing.
