Ginger was so professional when she did her inspection . I had a water leak last week just making sure my carpet gets replaced by my insurance company State Farm . They want to just tack it back down . My son and I are allergic to mold . Worth every penny for a thorough inspection. These insurance companies are not replacing what they need to replace after we spend so much money to have homeowners insurance . Sad . :(
