We are so pleased with the timely cleanup from John Twist & his crew from The Mold Guys!! Explained the step by step process and adequately answered all our many questions. He also sent much info & photos to the insurance agent in charge of our claim! Many thanks & may God bless!!
I don't normally leave reviews but John and his team were great. I needed a duct fogging and my HVAC condenser cabinet cleaned and they did a super thorough job. They even went as far as removing the blower fan and deep cleaning that as well.
John was incredible to work with from the first call to getting the job done! I cannot recommend him highly enough to anyone needing quick, reliable, honest mold remediation! Not only was he affordable, but he was able to take care of my parents' home the day after I contacted him.
I called John on a Friday and he worked me in for a mold test the very next day. John came with his son on a Saturday, which normally would have been his day off to do the mold testing. He turned the tests in immediately and I had the results in two days. He informed me what Florida code is for mitigation, so I hired him to take care of that part for me as well. John was outstanding in all respects: replied to my questions promptly, very professional and personable, cleaned up after job done, explained all procedures clearly and thoroughly, price estimate accurate, took b4 and after photos, got rid of foul odor. Best of all, he discovered the root cause of the mold. My HVAC's blower was not turning off, thus creating more mold. He explained the problem to my HVAC technician, who then promised to coect the problem this week. John knew I had just come home from hospital, so he kindly obliged to move a heavy object from 2nd bathroom to lanai. There were no surprises and the work was completed on time.
