Its been several months now little changes greatly improved my experiences the new management seems to be resolving so many issues. Angela is believe is the new manager and Blyss was so helpful and kind. I enjoy every visit; not all locations are as nice or easy to use
Came through yesterday after work. By the time I hit the vacuums I was being approached by a lady working asking me to scan a code and leave her a review (name started with a J but I don’t remember what it was). She came by 3 more times while I was trying to vacuum the van out interrupting me to ask if I’ve left her a review yet. She mentioned something about going home after she got a review, so I’m not sure if she was being pushed by her higher ups with “get a good review and you can leave early” or something of that nature. Anyways, I notice today how crappy the actual wash job was. My roof appears to be a zebra. This would have made sense if it were a touch free wash, but it isn’t, they have giant rollers that wash the top of the car. I won’t be back here. The vacuums were good, but nowhere near as strong as some other big car washes in the area. But looking at my roof this was a complete waste of $14.
Edit: forgot to mention they’re definitely using reclaimed water. My car still smells like sewage after going through yesterday afternoon.
Mod wash is my favorite car wash to go to. I finally signed up for a membership and am very happy with the service. Lydia on my last visit was extra helpful and assisted me in drying off my vehicle after the wash.
The employees were very helpful and the site was well maintained.
We loved that self-cleaning supplies were provided such as vacuums, rags, sinks, spray-cleaners for wheels and mat cleaning machines. The airhoses used to blow water out of mirrors and crevices were not working.
I had a great experience up here at mods. Car wash the employee by the name of Jesus was great assistance to me. Very nice, and had the most incredible customer service.
