5 stars hands down. We are new homeowners and needed help desperately. Melissa and Russ took care of us. Even with its complications, the job was handled quick and thorough. I can’t thank them enough!

I called Modern Septic and Plumbing last Friday for routine service on my house's septic tank. The phone reception was quick and genital, and they came on the next day.
The main issue was that they did not charge any amount because our septic tank was empty, even though they spent time and effort opening it. I felt this Modern Septic & Plumbing was the first company to trust in Florida over 6 years. So. I want to bless this company and highly recommend its reliable service.

All of the team and the service were great. From the front desk to the finalization of the job. Will hire them again without a doubt. Melissa, Susan and Chaz always helped in every question that we had and were very patient with our timeframe to do the job.

We had a rather urgent need for a septic pump-out and, after checking reviews, contacted Modern Septic. We called yesterday evening, and they were able to get here and get done before noon today! Tyler and Russ were great! We discovered more issues than a simple pump-out. They went above and beyond and showed me all of the issues as they fixed them (I’m overly curious). There were no extra charges for the minor issues, even though it required extra time and labor. They were extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient, and the price was right.

Had a great experience with Modern Septic. Melissa and her husband were great! Issue started Friday morning, called around and could not get anyone to come out for days! Modern scheduled me next day and they came out on Saturday at the time scheduled. Professional, personable, and knowledgeable! Thank you for responding quickly.
