Scott and his team did a great job replacing the roof on my duplex. Once the job started it only took 1 day to complete. Scott was patient, responsive, accommodating and friendly through the entire process from quote to completed job. The roof itself is magnificent. We went with the aged copper color palette, which despite being more complex than a single color, costed us not one penny extra. Installation (overseen by Samuel if I recall correctly) was fully completed in under two days, which is still blowing my mind, considering some spotty weather conditions. And after it was all done? Our yard and driveway were spotless, maybe even cleaner than before the project. I have yet to find one nail or scrap of old shingle.

An overall review about my experience. Scott, my salesperson was very upfront about everything. Always just a text away if I had a question or needed something looked at. He checked in often during the installation as well and made sure that all of my questions were answered. I especially like the picture timeline that I received throughout the process. The installation crew showed up early and got the job done quickly. Cleaned everything up properly. Once they left, it was as if they were never there. They too were transparent and notified me right away when they damaged one of my lights. Replaced the same day. Office staff were wonderful as well. The entire Mitchell team gets 5 stars from me.
