We had a great shopping experience at the MG + BW outlet store this week. Assistant manager Bijan was cheerful and welcoming and very knowledgeable about all the furniture and accessories. We also met store Manager Pearl who was also nice and friendly. We purchased a beautiful designer chair at a great sale price. The store guys kindly loaded it into our truck which was very helpful. I recommend this store if you’re searching for unique designer pieces that are reasonably priced. Some items have additional discount so be sure to ask. If you decide to purchase an item after you’ve thought about it at home, call the store and they’ll facilitate payment via a link. They make the process easy and friendly.

I stopped into the store just to see what they had and was so glad I did - I found some amazing deals! The assistant manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their product lines. He even followed up with me on a piece I have been looking for. It is so rare to get great service and I was delighted with the follow up. They also work with local shippers who will pickup and deliver just about anywhere in Florida for a really reasonable price. Totally worth the trip - great variety, great prices and amazing service. I will be back!

We had been in to the store a few months ago and found a rug we were interested in purchasing. After shopping around, we returned to see if they still had it in stock. The rug wasn't in the store and we couldn't remember its name. Thankfully, they listened to our description and were able to identify the correct rug. They offered to take our information so they could contact us when the rug was back in stock. They reached out multiple times to ensure we were still interested and to let us know the time frame for when it would arrive. The service we received was excellent. We appreciate the extremely knowledgeable staff and their willingness to go above and beyond.

Went in to look at sofas during the President Day Weekend Sale at the Vero Beach Florida Mitchell and Gold Outlet. They had a great selection of high quality designer sofas and the staff was extremely helpful and informative. Bijon assisted us on Thursday but we had to go home to measure our space so he gave us the information annd measurements of four great options. We returned on Friday when Pearl helped us with the final decision. The sofa we decided on was originally a $5000 sofa but with the outlet discount and the President’s Day markdown we paid $1700 out the door. They have relationships with Delivery Companies and Pearl arranged for them to call me. The Sofa was delivered on Saturday morning and for an extra charge they took the old one away. It was a great experience and we plan to return there as a “go to” for all our furniture needs, high quality furniture at excellent prices with great service!
