I am very pleased with the professionalism and service received from Mr. Sparky. My appointment with Thomas was thorough and everything was explained in detail regarding what to expect. Carlos and his apprentice arrived on time and quickly began work. They both were personable and communicated clearly the tasks performed. They cleaned the work area and always wore shoe coverings inside my home. I will definitely recommend this company and we will use them in the future. It was a very positive experience overall.

I had an issue with my kitchen lights not working, and carlos T did an excellent job fixing them. He was professional, quick, and explained everything clearly. The lights are working perfectly now. I really appreciate the great service and would definitely recommend him!

Samuel was great, he found 2 issues right away. Unfortunately the price to just do the inspection was too much for what we received. The pricing is prepackaged; not flexible to just do simple work. Don't use this company, prices are too high and no flexibility to do the work customer wants.

David from Mr. Sparky did an outstanding job installing our kitchen pendant lights. He was fast, friendly, and extremely professional. The lights were installed perfectly in one shot—level, evenly spaced, and without the need for constant adjustments. They look absolutely wonderful and completely transformed our kitchen. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend David and Mr. Sparky for any electrical work.

Steve came out to our home and did an amazing job. I was asking for the lights to be replaced in my garage, but when doing the safety evaluation thankfully Steve also discovered a couple concerns and was able to take care of those as well. Service was not cheap, but the value was well worth it! One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a service man coming out to my home.
