HYDRAULIC OIL IN THE CAR WASH!!! Not a great place.
If you go there - I am sure that the Carwash is coated with oil now and spreading that to everyone else's car
Giving them a star is PAINFUL
They had a Hydraulic Oil Leak that coated my car in oil along with many others.
They cleaned the car with Dawn Dish Soap and I still have OIL ALL OVER and inside the crevices of my windows. My windows will never be the same when you open them and close them as OIL is ALL OVER inside of my window rollers.
They took a claim and the person that took the claim said I can move to a lawsuit.......I was stunned, as today i see that as the warning as they do not have the time to look at concerns like this.
The GM Luke Marin is back in today and of course no calls back, as damage to their customers property is not of importance.
The Corporate office is also silly as they need 72 hours to review the claim however that means that the customer stands still waiting with no check ins or follow ups until they read a file.
I am sure that the Carwash is coated with oil now and spreading that to everyone else's car. Be aware using that Carwash.

With so many car washes nearby, I don't understand how this one stays in business. I got the most expensive wash and my car is still dirty. It also comes out wet and they don't offer towels, so it is also spotty. The vacuums are weak and they dont offer anything else to clean the inside of your car. My station didn't have a trash can so I had to awkwardly go to someone else's station. You also have to fight your neighbor for the vacuum because they only offer one per side. Won't be back
The only positives here are the car gets a good wash at a good price and free vacuums. Otherwise service is lacking. They ask for a tip but for what? It’s like feast or famine to get in queue. There are three entry lines that have to queue into single file and they do nothing to monitor it. People honking and yelling at each other because they felt they had the next spot in line. It truly is chaos. The employees ignore it and let all the pissed off people figure themselves out. Anyways, really not worth the stress. Go elsewhere.
