Mills Well Drilling Inc

We have used Mills Well for years for our business, home and rentals. They are there in a flash and not only that they don't rape you. Their quality of work is excellent, their service is beyond good. I highly recommend them for all your well needs. They put a plug-in unit on our well so that we could use it when power is off and I was shocked at how inexpensive it was. I feel fortunate to have found them years and years ago because in this time and day things are not fair and just anymore and they treat their customers with respect and that's a quality that doesn't exist very much anymore.

Great customer service. Arrived and we're done replacing our pump and electrical parts in just a couple of hours. I would highly recommend this company. And their price for all their work was very reasonable. Highly satisfied with them.

DO NOT USE IF YOU HAVE SOFT GROUND IN YOUR YARD AND HAVE MOBILITY ISSUES. My mother has back problems and they left 1 and a half foot ruts in the only path that she can easily access to her pump house where the clothes washer and dryer are. Not only that their truck damaged part of a cement pathway trying to get out. the damage makes it difficult to get vehicles through that part of the yard. We tried giving them advice on how to get out without digging themselves even deeper and they WOULD NOT LISTEN TO US- THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE LIVED HERE FOR YEARS. We even offered to try pulling it out with my mom's COMMERCIAL GRADE truck and they said it doesn't have enough power. I even suggested using the tow wench on the front that's connected to the internal frame of the truck and back it out to help pull them out without getting it stuck, too, but again, they refused to listen and told me "it would pull the bumper off".

On top of all this, they also left a pipe exposed to the elements in a gateway of her yard and left the old wires laying on the ground.

When she called and tried to explain the situation, they proceeded to tell her- a woman who needs mobility aids, such as a walker and a cane, to stably move around- that it was her responsibility for the ground being naturally soft and that the trenches in her yard were something SHE needed to fix. I live nearby and also have soft ground when it rains. Honestly, unless they're literally my only option, I'm NEVER using their services on my well thanks to this. I'm doubtful she will ever be going back to them, either.

Came out within reasonable time, diagnosed the problem, explained what needed to be done and all involved, job's work fair price and material agreed upon, job material and help arrived shortly after, and process of replacing well pump began. For about an hour I watched and was amazed at how the crew were knowledgeable about the whole process to complete job in a very timely manner. When all was said and done, well pump worked correctly and the water pressure was great. No mess afterwards, extremely satisfied with Mills Well Drilling.

Needed emergency service over the labor day weekend and was able to get a tech out within an hour. It was a relief, since we had a leak on the well that was beyond our ability to repair. The tech arrived and got everything situated pretty quickly. Can't say thank you enough.
