If you looking for the most honest, timely and exceptional septic company that knows what they doing, look no further! Miller septic is the best one that I’ve encountered in FL state! The moment that I’ve called, I was immediately answered by a very kind person that gathered all the info from me to give me better evaluation on the estimated price. Next day, the owner called me for more accurate information of the location and specification of the septic condition. Jason educated me on the life time of the septic, that I didn’t know and what it takes to keep it working in the best condition. I was very impressed with his knowledge and patience that he demonstrated to show me, in picture ( draft photo) how to secure a new septic from falling sooner that it supposed to. He right away shared with me what he would have done to keep it performing good if he’ll have tenants in his place, as I do, and they always parked their cars on top of the drain field as many times as I’ve asked them not to. That alone, caused the drain field to collapsed and not function the way it supposed to. Just taking his time to educate me on the ways to keep it function properly, and shared with me the actual steps & means to do it, for me it was enough to know that he’s the right person for the job to take on as he really cared so much to explain. Jason did go above & beyond of his professional duty that I was very touched how he really cared! No wonder why this company has so many 5 stars reviews for their outstanding job and customer service that they give! I’ve called many other companies before and none of them took the time to show me in draft, or explained in such great details how to keep a drain filed doing the job at the best way possibly. I highly recommend Miller septic to any body who’s looking for honesty, detail oriented and hard working company to clean or replace their drain field when it’s needed. If I could give them 10 stars rating, I’ll do it in a heartbeat! They definitely deserve the best score for their outstanding performance and sincere caring about people in general. They are absolutely the BEST in my book hands down!!!
We had Miller Septic come to pump out our septic tank yesterday. We chose them because of the quality and number of customer reviews, and are so glad that we did.
Miller got us on their schedule quickly [was within 48 hours, but could have been next day except we had other commitments]. The technician, Diamonde, called us 45 minutes before his arrival. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. The job was completed in a little over an hour, and at for what I believe to be a very reasonable cost. We plan to call on Miller again in three years. I highly recommend Miller Septic!

Recently experienced a septic tank that no longer worked doing what it's supposed to do. (toilets completely flush)
Contacted Miller Septic Saturday morning and Zach sent a man to our house that afternoon to diagnose the issue and fix things until Wednesday when a crew could come out and fix the entire septic tank.
Wednesday morning Billie, Jason and Jeremy showed up and I was immediately relieved. They were all over 30, Billie had been to our house for a different issue where he showed his knowledge at that time and all three started working.
They had to remove two stumps for access to our tanks and did so in such a surgical manner that we didn't lose any plants and no roots displaced any of our pavers. A lot more to this story about their displayed professionalism but when they were done I paid an incredibly fair price for what was done.
