David was patient, friendly, and took the time to walk me through replacing our electric 50-gallon hot water heater, explaining all options and pricing clearly. He was able to schedule service the very next day, which was extremely helpful.
Tyler was professional, personable, and very knowledgeable. He explained each step of the installation process, completed the work efficiently, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Both David and Tyler reviewed the 6-year warranty and encouraged us to call with any questions.
Tyler also went above and beyond by taking time to look at a Kohler kitchen faucet leaking inside the cabinet that had just come up that morning. Even though it couldn’t be repaired at the time, I really appreciated his willingness and enthusiasm to help.

He quickly confirmed the plumbing issue, called for parts and my system was fixed within a few hours.
