My niece got a quote back in July of 2024. Called and spoke with Marta and she was able to honor the quote. Marta was excellent! She is very personable, polite and follow up to completion. Danny the installer was also very nice, did an awesome job with the installation. I would highly recommend this company and their price was not bad either! I know I shopped around. Thank you Marta, Danny, and everyone at Miami Accordion Shutters!! Keep up the excellent work!!

I had accordion shutters installed over a year ago. While the installation was successful and professional (even though I had to follow up quite frequently with Marta on the installation), they did not follow up on the required county inspection.
For the past eight months I have had to write follow up after follow up to Marta without any response. As much as I appreciate her friendliness, the professionalism lacks in completing the project. Overall, fairly disappointing experience!

- Although I was pleased with the initial service, the county inspector found some minor issues that needed to be corrected (missing screw).I have been texting since May 2 for someone to pass by to correct the issue.
So far no reply.
