WORST restaurant to go for dinner! I was there having dinner and I ordered the Salmon with Potatoes; I got the fish and I have to send it back because it was way too cooked! I asked the waitress to please changed the dish because the Salmon was too cooked and she went ahead and brought the owner of the restaurant! The owner of the restaurant PAOLA was so RUDE AND IMMATURE that she came to my table to tell me " I'm sorry we can't changed your dish; we'll have to charged for it" I was like " what!"" "R u kidding me!" Absolutely not! The husband came and solved the situation!' The morale of the story!! The OWNER WIFE PAOLA is ABSOLUTELY RUDE AND HAS NO IDEA ABOIT RUNNING A BUSINESS!!

Exceptional!
Leo Ramirez took care of us since day one, and he was exceptional. He listened to all of our requests and made several recommendation. His goal was to please us in every way, and he went beyond what he needed to do.
It was a pleasure to work with him and the end results were better than expected. The installation team was also very good and professional.
We highly recommend Mia Cucina, and we will use them again in future renovations.

NEGATIVE 5 STARS

I went there to look for some appliances. I walked in and they saw me and no one came up to me. They were not with any customers and did not seem to care. After 5 minutes I asked if there is anyone that could helped me and they looked at me like deer in a headlight. Someone finally assisted and was pretty nice and after a few minutes seemed like she wanted to get back to her desk. We finally went through what I needed and sent me the quote, These people are out of their minds. They quoted me the numbers but with over $3000 to deliver and install. But she did say she would see what she could do?

Needless to say that they do not know anything about customer service and not sure how they are still in business. I called around and saw that other retailer who were selling the same product were around 30-40 percent less

I can’t rave enough about MiaCucina! I have had many homes and many renovation’s but never experienced a company that had the highest standards, the top designers, top installers, incredible pre order on site measuring and detailed blueprints, the finest Italian custom cabinetry designed specifically to my families needs, and they have in house appliance division that is equally superior to their competitors. Every aspect of the renovation is triple checked with many visits to my home by every team member. Our designer, Sidney DeLarosa lead the teams and he is meticulous and brilliant. Pricey but money well spent if you want the best! I am so pleased, I am having them do my bathrooms and closets.
