Bought rolldown shutters October 2025. Service was great. Called about lead time and they worked with me perfectly. Call them if you have questions, they’re very helpful. Price was a lot better than Clearwater, FL places. Better to go spend a day in FT Lauderdale and pick them up, than pay for shipping. More fun to. Installation was easy for me, and theses shutters are made strong. I’d buy from them again for sure.

I needed exterior hurricane proof doors within a week and could not find them anywhere. I called at least 5 places, including Home Depot and Lowes and the soonest I could get them was 3 to 4 weeks. That wasn't going to work. Luckily, I found Maximum Shutters online and was skeptical at first (Maximum SHUTTERS), but I figured what the heck. They were awesome to work with, very responsive, and my doors were ready immediately. They were picked up, but definitely would have been shipped within a week. Can't say enough about them. If you're on the East Coast of Florida and looking for doors, be sure to look them up. You won't be disappointed.
Adam and Ryan were extremely helpful and patient in resolving an issue I had with a recently purchased roll-up door. I was able to install the door with minimal problems, but getting the remote-controlled operation to work consistently was another challenge. After watching several tutorial videos without success, I finally gave up and decided to reach out to Hurricane Shutters. I explained the situation to Adam, and we set up a video call where both Adam and Ryan walked me through the procedure. Success!! I am very thankful, excellent way to keep customer for life!!
All in all a good product, however, when ordered everything was to be black, hardware came as aluminum, expected the hardware to be heavier than thin aluminum
