I had a Great experience. I had originally ordered another mattress from another competitor also in Vero Beach Florida but it was not going to be available for 10 days I ended up going to the Verizon store and getting a new phone for my aunt and meet Steve in the parking lot and had a conversation with him and advised him that I had an order placed but it was delayed. He ended up selling me a better quality mattress and saving me 456.00 and I was able to get it delivered the day. His delivery team was fabulous. They cleaned up everything no damage perfect gentlemen thank you again.

Updated we got another mattress and it was delivered the next day.

PS there will be another mattress ordered in the next 10 days or less!!

I love my new mattress!!!! The store experience was the best, Michael helped me determine which mattress would be suited for my needs. I like a firm mattress and I found the perfect one in their Artic Ice Memory Foam Firm collection. The delivery guys were also the best!!! The called on their way and even lifted up my base so I could vacuum under the bed before the laid the mattress on top ( I had the bed frame already). They were super kind and friendly. They removed my old mattress and took it to donate (it was only a year old, barely slept on and in the guest room, but too soft).
The owners Steve & Janice are fantastic and I met them thru our church and discovered their business. I highly recommend shopping with them and I know it will be an excellent experience. Best part is they are Christians, The business is Family owned and operated and local here in Vero Beach.
I also got to meet their Manager, Nancy when I returned to pick out a pillow and Mattress protector. She is so friendly and informative, and I even found out tons of additional information about my new mattress including the fact that Steve & his sons actually designed that mattress and Nancy created the logo, the adorable little penguin. I was also given one of their little penguins, which now hangs above the bed on a pull chain. So happy!!! I have been sleeping super comfortably since I got my new mattress !!
I will also be returning soon to purchase one of their amazing Massage chairs!! Until I do purchase one, I will be visiting and enjoying a massage while I determine which one to purchase. I luv that I can stop in and get a massage in one of the chairs.

Below zero pressure from the salesman. He was beyond patient as we test drove multiple mattresses. Delivery men were fantastic. Prompt, neat, and professional. Best experience i have ever had buying a mattress.

I walked in to Mattress Market, in Vero Beach, FL. looking to purchase a box spring for a king size bed. Tony, the sales person quickly greeted us and I explained to him what I was looking for. He educated me on the various box-spring options available to meet our needs, and had what in stock what I chose to purchase. Tony set up the delivery, I paid and ten minutes later I was on my way back home. The planned delivery was made as scheduled. The total experience and price could not have been better.

Steve, owner and local resident did a fabulous job taking the time to explain the different types and price points available .
Once purchased Steve was able to schedule a next day free removal and delivery.
The hardworking delivery team of Jeremy and Robin were exceptionally polite and courteous. They removed the old and set up the new mattress quickly and professionally.
Jeremy showcased his empathy for his fellow man saying a heartfelt prayer for my loss.
I highly recommend Steve's Matress Market. From top to bottom they are true professionals.
