My husband and I visited the Mattress Firm in Eustis today, and we had a wonderful experience thanks to our salesperson, Gregg. My husband has a bad back and recently had surgery, and Gregg was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding of his needs. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure we felt comfortable and confident with our choices. His compassion and professionalism truly stood out. We are so grateful for his help and highly recommend working with Gregg! We can’t wait to sleep On our adjustable frame and new Tempur-pedic mattress! This place is amazing

I'd like to thank Harrison for the wonderful job that he did today. I came into the Eustis store (Mount Dora) looking for a mattress that would help alleviate both my OSA (sleep apnea) and pain from fibromyalgia. He introduced me to the Tempur-luxe Breeze first as a starting point. There was absolutely no pressure and I looked at and tried 4 or 5 mattresses. He was quite knowledgeable in what I was searching for, and I am looking forward to many good nights of sleep. I've never owned a TempurPedic before, but you can't put a price on a good night sleep, so here is hoping their reputation precedes the company.

My wife and I are glad we went with mattress firm to get our mattress. Not only was Daniel supportive and helpful with what we wanted, he never pressured us. We went home did review on the mattress we liked and what was best for us. What Daniel did push for us was leading us to the right direction in the mattress he felt was the best for us and how we slept. He was definitely right on point with his choices. We was able to pick the one we wanted and are very happy with our brand new mattress. Thanks for all the help!

My wife, granddaughter and I went to Mount Dora Mattress Firm as our 1st of three stores to shop. Gregg greeted us at the door. He explained how the price of each mattress was displayed, asked what size mattress we were looking for (queen) and our sleeping position. I sleep on my stomach and my wife sleeps on her side. Gregg then gave us each a pillow and took had us try various mattresses. Based on our feedback he would then direct us to the next mattress. After about 5 mattresses we started to narrow it down and finally selected one. No pressure what so ever. Gregg knew his merchandise and pricing. It was a great experience, we found what we both liked, and made the purchase. Thanks Gregg, you and your mattresses are outstanding.

This was our first visit to Mattress Firm. We were immediately welcomed by Heath, who was very knowledgeable. We thought going in that we knew exactly what we wanted/needed, but with Heath's guidance, we got exactly what we desired in our next big investment. The delivery was a promised; the very next day which was Sunday.
All of the extra features on the adjustable base are great, specifically 2 USB ports, massage option and under lighting.
So far, so good!
