Memorial turned out really nice. I was advised there would be a wait for the order and placement prior to my purchase and there was one. A mistake was made and they fixed it with no issue.
Communication isn’t immediate I’m assuming to it being a small business, but overall the product I paid for I’m happy with.

I’m sure this place used to be great but unfortunately it’s terrible. Dawn seems so helpful in the beginning after setting everything up I gave her my card information she never ran the card. I called for 3 months and showed up at the establishment where she doesn’t pick up and when you show up she has a death in the family and is just sorry she says. The 8 foot by 8 foot office is covered with random paperwork everywhere. Just go somewhere else and save yourself 3 months.
I went to get a death date for my mothers bronze plaque. I was told no problem. She needed half the money no problem. It has been over 2 years I get hung up on no return calls or emails. I was told problems with dad , got lost, company did'nt send, wrong holes I went in rain to messure and get right. and more.
If I could leave less than a star I would. My mom’s headstone was delivered in the beginning of January, pictures were supposed to be on the headstone, they claim they cracked so it would take a few weeks to engrave and they would have them installed. It’s now July and they still haven’t installed the pictures and they will not return any phone calls made in regards to this matter. I would pick ANYWHERE but here for your loved ones headstone!
