Today was our Annual Filter Change service appointment, and the experience was amazing. At 8:05 am, Jay Figueroa called to confirm the service time frame. Jay arrived as scheduled and clearly explained the steps of the service. He tested the water and even checked our water softener and reverse osmosis equipment outside the house to ensure everything was functioning properly. I have been a customer for over five years, and every time one of your technicians - Jay, Juan, or Eladín - visits our home, we receive excellent service. I was initially eating this business a 1 star I recently had an experience you guys where I encountered some issues with the cleanliness of the equipment provided. Unfortunately, the initial delivery wasn’t up to standard, and my interaction with Alicia at the office was quite disappointing, as she didn’t seem to care about the situation. However, I want to give a special thanks to Josh in delivery, who stepped in and really turned things around. He was professional, attentive, and made sure everything was resolved quickly and effectively. Because of Josh’s excellent service, I’m willing to give Culligan Water another chance and hope for a smoother experience moving forward.

Great customer service from Abby at Mast Family Culligan. She delivered on next day installation, had an electrician who was SO smart (a real commodity these days down here) and helpful offer to come next day as well. We were installed and up and running with excellent quality water ASAP. Five stars!

We had a water softening system installed by Mast Culligan. From Abbey who came out to sell us the system to Ramone who installed it, our experience was great. Both very professional and knowledgeable.

I called Mast Culligan Ft Myers and spoke with Abby. She was out the following day to give me a breakdown of how everything works, pricing, and answered every question I threw her way. She had a service man out the following day to fit my schedule because I wanted it installed ASAP and was leaving town. All I can say about the service is it was EXCELLENT! The system is installed now working great and I no longer smell chlorine in my water and don't deal with dry skin or irritated skin from the hard water down here in SW Florida. I recommend everyone get a home water filtration system and softener if you live here in Ft Myers. Mast Culligan is who I would use if I had to do it over again.
