Our experience with Marquis Cabinetry was very disappointing, both in craftsmanship and warranty service.

During the construction of our Gulf-front home in 2020–2021, Marquis installed all kitchen cabinets and vanities. Despite the significant cost, numerous issues arose soon after: misaligned doors and handles, missing electrical work, and even a missing top cabinet piece discovered a year later.

Cabinet panels around two Miele refrigerators broke within 18 months. Marquis blamed the appliances, but Miele technicians confirmed both were working properly with no leaks. Marquis refused warranty coverage, insisted the damage was not their responsibility, and even suggested our home’s occasional rental use was to blame. In reality, the property was a second home, lightly used only a few weeks per year. I just found this very poor work on the panel under the dishwasher a few weeks ago, which showed their "quality of the work."

The quality of materials and workmanship proved poor, and warranty service was marked by excuses rather than accountability. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Marquis Cabinetry.

Marquis did an amazing job building and installing our custom cabinetry. They offer any design you could imagine. They are very thorough with technology and drawings to approve. They deliver what they promise. And they were truly there at move in to make sure everything was perfect.

We have had custom cabinets in several previous homes, but Marquis Fine Cabinetry is definitely at the highest level of quality materials and craftsmanship unlike any we have experienced! If you want the best cabinets money can buy, look no further than Marquis.
