First off Mark the owner and his son Nick are so pleasant to deal with. Best selection and pricing on tile in town! i purchased 1500 feet for my home and the quality and price completely blew out the other stores in town i checked
If I could leave less than a star, I would...We had an 8am apt with Mark or his Dad to come and measure for a large job at out house..
No one showed or called.. 3 hours later, 11am I called the store talked to Mark and he was clueless. Said he was running late this morning. I said what happened why did no one show or call, oh um, oh um.. was his first answer then threw in we had an emergency. Which by the way he said it I could tell was a lie. 5 minutes later the Dad calls my husbands phone and said in a message. I had an emergency Sorry Im late, call me back to reschedule and left his number.
My husband called and asked why the man didnt call earlier, my husband said you left me hanging. The father got mad and said, Jesus Christ, why did you call me back.. my husband said Just forget it, you lost this job.. the Father was VERY RUDE ...That is no way to conduct business..
We Do NOT recommend this company..
