I called Manny's for a well and spoke to Manny himself. By request, I have given Manny and also his office lady my phone number as well as email address three times wanting to get a well installed with no response. When I finally was able to get I touch with him the fourth time he said "I'm busy and never called back". He may have received good reviews before but when a business owner fails to return calls, I wonder what type of service you will get if there is an issue. That is extremely poor business practices.

Our Well did not work. I call Manny who came the same day. He did a fantastic job. Manny work with his crew. Very nice man and his crew are knowledgeable. Very professional company. He make sure the work is done properly. He will talk to you and explain thing to you, he will answer all your questions even it if more than one person is asking questions.

Beware! Owner sent nephew to my house without informing me anyone was coming after 3 days of him saying he would let me know when he would come out. Nephew performs unnecessary minimal work (glued an existing pvc joint) not the problem at all, without my knowledge or permission, than wants to charge me $125. At no point was I informed there would be a charge to come to my house. After saying I was not paying for that outrageous charge, specially when issue still not fixed, I got a very insulting, nasty text from owner. Very unprofessional business!

Was referred to another well company who dragged me along for five days. Called Manny and I had a well the next day. Highly recommend.

Very professional company. Manny was here making sure that the work was properly done.
