Mike and Leah installed 3 impact windows on the south side of our home. They were very professional in getting the job done. I was especially pleased Leah, after installing the first window, when she was inspecting everything she had done, she discovered afterwards one of the latches on the side of the window was put in backwards when it came from the company who makes the windows. These were installed during the peak of the summer, and I expect most home improvement companies were very busy at that time, including the companies who make the windows. She and Mike reversed the latch and made sure we knew how to operate and clean the windows. We are very pleased with our purchase knowing we can feel safer in Hurricane Seasons now. Thank you Mike and Leah.

Wanted a new, large window for my kitchen. The Major’s sales team worked with me to get what I wanted at a fair price. My window came in quicker than predicted and the installation team arrived when expected. Charlie and Travis did a fantastic job installing my window exactly like I wanted it, finishing the entire job in one day. We love the window and a great job goes out to the entire Majors team.

Excellent 5 star experience. We had 8 old wood windows replaced and the new ones look absolutely beautiful! The team at Majors Home Improvement has been fantastic from the initial estimate, revisions of that estimate, as well as guidance and decisions for the best aesthetic outcome. They even took care of the required permit paperwork with the county. The installers were on time, polite, worked diligently and cleaned up after installation. Would use them again without question!

I called Majors for an estimate to replace 13 windows and Cameron showed up within a few days to look over the job. He made a couple recommendations to change the style of two windows beyond what we requested, and frankly hadn't even considered, which actually enhanced the aesthetic. He gave us an estimate and once we made a decision and signed the contract, Josh came out to do the measurements. The contract said approximately 6 to 10 weeks for the windows to be made and the install scheduled. The wait went at little beyond that due to a delay getting the permit from Bay County. Travis and Josh (Jr) showed up shortly thereafter and after two long days of work we had our new windows. Every Major's employee we encountered, either in person or over the phone, was knowledgeable, respectful, and very professional. Travis and Josh are hard, non-stop workers and we enjoyed having them here on the job. They were augmented on day two for several hours by Garrett and Bo (Beau?) who were also top-notch. We are thrilled with the result and will not hesitate to call Majors for our next project.

I love my ProVia door! Expensive, but Majors was excellent in communication, keeping me updated. The installation was excellent, installers were polite and professional! Definitely will use Majors again for my next project, a covered back porch.
Oh, and warning...don't use Lowe's in Pace for doors (or any construction project).
