NEVER!!!! THE WORSE !!!!!!! We placed an order for a bedroom set here with Marisela on Saturday 7/13/2025 to be delivered Thursday 7/25/2025. Only to find out at delivery that Marisela had place the wrong order and not only we were forced to receive the wrong order but also damaged. We waited until the following Saturday 8/2/2025 for them to come pick up the wrong order. Once again Marisela assured us on 8/2/2025 we would receive our correct order the following Monday 8/4/2025 after asking us for pictures and again another statement for the 5th time on whats happening with our initial order. To our surprise we have them tell us on Monday 8/4/2025 when we didnt get our order delivered this evening that the entire order was cancelled. These people are a waste of time !!!!!

Very disappointing experience – beware of their return policy!

I purchased a sofa from Lean Furniture yesterday — not even 24 hours ago — and today I came back to return it because it simply wasn’t what I was looking for. To my surprise, the representative named Carol told me that a return was “impossible,” and that I had signed a document stating all sales are final.

What’s worse, the employee who processed the sale never explained or read the terms and conditions to me, which apparently she was supposed to do. I had no idea I was signing something that waived my right to a return. Now they’re telling me that even if they decide to refund me, they’ll charge a 20% restocking fee.

This is unacceptable and feels extremely dishonest. I’m still waiting for my money back, and I strongly advise anyone considering buying from Lean Furniture to be very cautious. Make sure you ask every single detail — because they won’t tell you unless it benefits them.

Please note: This incident will be formally documented and reported to the appropriate consumer protection agency. I believe Consumer Reports (or similar organizations) should be aware of this situation to protect future customers.

Do not use their financing Kafene. They tell you its zero interest but they do not verbally disclose the prepayment fees and prepayment taxes. So be sure to read carefully before you sign because they will not disclose that. You will find yourself paying much more than anticipated. Will not use the financing again. Store has some cool decor.

We had an awesome experience, at Lyn's Furniture, last year. Marisel, was the salesperson that guided us throughout the store, she was very professional and she is the kind of sales person, that cares about customer's needs. We give her *****.

I was recently in the market for some new furniture. I stopped by Lyn’s furniture store on my way home. I was greeted by Marisel. She was pleasant and professional. She showed me several different dining room sets. There was a vast variety making it difficult to choose. Marisel made the furniture buying process easy and quick. I will definitely be back.
