Lalo is amazing his detailed and honesty is beyond words, I had a bad superficial scratch happened to my car after my ac unit leaked on my dry wall and the whole ceiling fell off on top of my hood.. Thank God I didn’t get any dents but just bad scratches I was highly referred to him and without hesitation he took time out of his busy schedule to accommodate my urgency.. and Thank God I took my car to him not only he took care of the scratches but also gave me honest advised about what kind products to use to keep the car nice and clean and to try to wash it manually to keep the paint scratch free.. I’m thankful I found him I have a brand new Tesla model Y and I’m very happy and satisfied with his services.. top notch super professional and highly recommended. Thanks Lalo

I had an excellent experience with Lalo and his team at Luxury Detailing & Ceramic Coating. From beginning to end, everything was handled in a professional and stress-free way. They took the time to explain all the different packages, what each one included, and what kind of results I could expect. That gave me confidence right away that I was making the right choice.

Scheduling the appointment couldn’t have been easier. They worked around my schedule without hesitation, which was a huge plus. The day of the appointment, they called me beforehand to let me know they were on the way, and they showed up right on time. That kind of punctuality really stood out to me.

What I really appreciated was how self-sufficient they were. They brought all their own equipment and supplies, so I didn’t have to provide water, electricity, or anything else. They got right to work as soon as they arrived, and in about an hour and a half, they let me know my car was ready.

When I stepped outside and saw my 2024 Honda Civic, I was blown away by the results. The car looked fantastic—clean, polished, and better than when I first bought it. The attention to detail was obvious, and it was clear they really care about the quality of their work.

Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the service. Lalo and his team made the entire process simple, convenient, and enjoyable. My car is a 2018 Mustang that I bought used 10 months ago. She’s been in Florida her whole time, and I thought her metallic red color was in great condition and wanted to keep it that way, so I decided to get the Ceramic Coat treatment done. If you just want your car to stay looking the same, don’t do it…she looks BETTER than I could have ever imagined!!! Even though I never saw her brand new, I doubt she ever looked this amazing! Luxury Detailing will have your car looking better than brand new; plastics, paint, trim, interior, it is all amazing! I wish I could give more than 5 Stars.
