Purchased some red mulch today. Before I could start loading it, Mr. Bill met me outside to ensure I was getting the correct bag. Mr. Bill was very helpful and friendly. Made my shopping experience great!
This store has been incredibly helpful with my remodel….and I know the common practice is to go and write a review through your receipt—however, I I feel doing an overview is the best way to share that I highly recommend this store if you are needing any help with your home or projects. I would like to compliment the gentleman over in the wood department…which I believe his name was Allen (forgive me if I got this wrong—he literally helped me find what I was looking for which was nail glue and a special cement board—I was in a rush but he took the time to help me so I wasn’t searching all over the store.) On another occasion, I receive help from David in tile—who literally helped me find the color of grout that caught my eye on a sample that was hanging. He took the time to find the name of the grout (it wasn’t listed on the outside of the sample) then he showed me where it was and what to get. Then I would like to compliment Jamie who was so helpful in lighting. He researched the pendant light I wanted and was able to locate it and pull it for me. Again, this saved me time because he was there in a flash to get the item off the shelves for me. Latonya (at check out/forgive me if name is incorrect) was wonderful as she was able to call about and item that I was looking for and she was so friendly and kind and made sure I was taken care of by an employee. I have been into numerous stores like this over the years, and I can say this is the BEST store if you want help from their employees to find something or to help you with a project. I look forward to going into this store and I don’t feel overwhelmed because the employees ar there to help! A big thank you to Lowe’s for hiring wonderful HELPFUL and KIND employees that care about what you are looking for and helping you. 10/10 recommend this tore!
Much better having to be greeted by the lady at the returns section when coming in with a very pretty genuine smile. The atmosphere is great, staffers were friendly and always ready to help.
