I had a great experience in store. I received my stealth system yesterday. we spent hours trying to hook the system up. Customer service line was on hold for almost 4 hours and finally hung up around 10 o’clock last night. The system we received yesterday the subwoofer will not turn on. The left side speaker on the side arm cracks super loud. The right speaker arm on the top is cracking severely as well. Both side chargers do not work. We have troubleshoot everything and done what we could from the Manuel. Called two other stores in Florida last night and no help was had.Love the couch But will be sending the stealth system back. The sound was amazing in the store. but not Liking the customer service You cannot get a hold of no one. A lady from another store told me they only have 50 employees working the call lines, which would explain the long waits. I am Currently on hold still waiting. I sent a note and also Warranty claims, let see how long this takes. I am Beyond annoyed.

Had a good experience in the store, but when my SuperSac arrived, and with it being over 5 days of having it now, I am extremely disappointed to say the least and will be taking every and any action to get my money back, because what I received feels and looks way different than what I sat in, in the store. Very disappointing considering an “ENLARGED BEAN BAG” cost me over $1,000 and I don’t even like it.

Outstanding customer service from the saleswomen here! Autumn was able to work us into the showroom (while being cautious due to covid) so we could try out the options, she was very friendly and gave honest opinions about products. She walked us through our buying options and the different sactional options to help us figure out our build. We never said we were planning on buying and she stilled rolled out the red carpet! If car dealerships were this put together and friendly, maybe people wouldn't mind car shopping. You definitely should visit the store to try everything and see what different features and setups you can do, it helps to create the perfect sactional.

The customer service was amazing from the moment we were greeted at the front door of the showroom. Autumn took care of us and answered all of our questions in great detail.
She was very patient as we had many concerns on the quality of the product and wanted some clarification on the difference in the many type of material they have to offer for the covers. The final outcome, we purchased the sactionals and we are extremely happy with them.

My husband and I had an amazing experience. Autumn was great to work with! She is very knowledgeable and we never felt pressured to purchase. She is very patient and answered every question. We can’t wait to get our new sofa!
