Locke Well & Pump Company

Beware. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Read the reviews. If I could give this company a negative star, I would. Locke Well & Pump Company has ZERO customer service. They NEVER answer the phone. The option is to leave a message. They NEVER return your message.
Also, their shipping fees are astronomical. Wanted to order a roller assembly for a Stenner pump. It's a little larger than a golf ball and weighs about 6 ounces. It cost $35. They wanted $32 to ship it to me. I live 65 miles from their location.

12/22 - Please pick up the phone..I am trying to track an order. I placed one week ago for two pumps $1000. You had me on hold and then hung up on me for 13 minutes. You have me on hold now for more than 30 minutes. I AM STILL ON HOLD PICK UP THE PHONE !!! ORDER #100253.

Who would you call? The local 54 yr old brick and mortar company or an online company? I thought so too…. Things have certainly changed..

Very responsive customer service. I live in Arizona and needed a deep well pump for my Dad. After ordering I was notified of a delay in manufacturing and they provided an alternative above what he used in the past. Showed on time and works better than when the previous model was new. Very happy and spreading the word about this company throughout our rural community. Highly suggest!!! Attached is our homemade well puller…didn’t take any pictures of the pump since he was out of water for almost two weeks.

This company is truly AWESOME! Our well stopped working and they came out as soon as they realized our home was without water.
I have never dealt with a company that ran so efficiently. From speaking to Yvonne, who set up my appointment, to the young gentlemen who came out to fix the well. They explained to me upfront what they were going to be doing. You will be amazed at how affordable they are. I couldn’t believe it when I saw the invoice. I would give this company 10 stars if I could.

Great service, they really went above and beyond. I really needed a part, ordered it Thursday afternoon and it was supposed to be shipped the store by Friday afternoon but at the last minute Fedex delayed the shipment. Michelle ended up driving down to the Fedex Depot to get it for me as I was due to catch a flight that afternoon and couldn't wait. Made my flight with my part in hand!
