Lee Heating and Cooling has been managing my AC unit since they installed it. Chad has been fantastic and has explained everything along the way. He makes great recommendations, and does not pressure someone into buying things. He just explains the product, the benefits of maintenance, and leaves it to you to decide. He is very knowledgeable and efficient. The company is also very easy to work with. I can call or text them at the number and they respond promptly. They also give me updates on when my technician is headed my way or if they were delayed. They are very open about their pricing, reasonable with their fees, and take the time to patiently explain their fees when I had questions. Can’t recommend them enough.

What can i say? Royal was my technician and was very professional and knowledgable about the equipment giving me the impression that he is their lead technician. Highly recommended and worth the money. I am very satisfied with the service.

Our technician, Albey, was Extremely polite and professional. He worked efficiently and offered thorough explanations to my elderly father, the customer. He was very patient to answer all questions and explain what he was doing during the service and repair visit.

Chad and the trainee were most professional in performing the periodic maintenance on my heat pump. Chad explained what they were doing. Chad and his trainee worked well together. They are also courteous and personable. Great team. Thank you.

Do not under any circumstances go to or
utilize lee heating and cooling for any service whatsoever. Warn your neighbors, family, and friends. this is a classic HVAC scammer hive. I love to help service producers like plumbers, handymen, HVAC, yard service etc to help keep business rolling. I paid $250 for a new capacitor even though it was something i knew i didn’t need immediately and could’ve done myself. My AC had been icy cold and flawless since installation. After an inspection and recommendation it be replaced soon , i said go for it. not only was it not replaced, but a smaller capacitor was bridged to the original which caused the AC unit to trip and fail immediately. I discovered the pictures below when i pulled the panel. Not only was it obviously fraudulent- it was a fire hazard with the cardboard box resting on the contactor module. After this i had to go through my whole system to search for any other improvised devices that might’ve been set. Should be treated the same as phone scammers and thieves.
