Lee - yes, Lee from Lee County Plumbing - was great. Very friendly, respectful and courteous. He knew what he was doing. Trying to DYI these things doesn't allow you to have all the right tools and knowledge and experience. Kithchen faucet installation of one we purchased, and a valve replacement, all done within a couple hours. Showed us how to maintain the sprayer and what to watch out for regarding old hose to the dishwasher. Thank you!
I cannot say enough good things about Paul. I had no water since the night before and was absolutely miserable and overwhelmed. From the moment he arrived, he was calm, professional, honest, and incredibly reassuring. In a stressful situation, he truly felt like an angel in disguise.
He was upfront, informative, and took the time to explain everything in a way that helped me make the best decision without any pressure. That meant a lot to me. I am naturally very anxious when it comes to home repairs because so many companies use high-pressure sales tactics, but this was the exact opposite experience. Paul made me feel comfortable, respected, and genuinely cared for.
