Your employees, who probably cannot afford what you sell, should not have the attitude of being snooty at your showroom when an interested client walks in. And should never, ever assume what a client can afford or not. Anyone who walks in your showroom has done due diligence. No one walks in, in L' Atelier not knowing their budget, the quality of the product. Your employee couldn't have been more unwelcoming, snobby, and made it loud and clear that you are not interested in my business. You lost a client and i will take my money somewhere else.
