Technician Dee came out for our six-month maintenance service and was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He took the time to clearly explain the recommended services and answered all of our questions thoroughly. I am very happy with his customer service.

We purchased our AC unit from this company five years ago, and overall the service has been reliable. When we purchased a new unit, we hoped it would reduce the need for frequent additional costs. However, it does feel like every six months there are additional parts or services recommended that require extra payment. It would be helpful if continued customers could receive more discounted pricing on parts and services.

Dustin was our technician today. He called ahead of time and showed up right on time. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite and courteous. I felt his sincerity in his visit and wanted the best for us. We truly appreciated his honesty and the time he took explaining everything to us. Going forward, we will request him as our technician. Had a family friend recommend Kyzar to us after having issues with the last company we used. They sent over Dustin who thankfully helped us finally resolve our problems with our unit.
