Kura Design Pools

I have had the best experience with Kura Design Pools from begging to end. First, when I started this journey I called two pool companies and out of the two the other one located in Lakeland never returned my call and Kura was on top of their game calling me the next day to answer any of my questions! And from that point they did an amazing job of getting my pool built. Danny was in charge of the project and keeping me updated and he was amazing always letting me know exactly what was happening next and trying to get my pool built in a timely manner! And for those wondering they did finish within their timeframe they gave me of 3 months. They built me a screened in pool and I could not be happier with the results! Please if you are debating which company to choose you won’t be disappointed with Kura Design Pools! And a huge shout out to Danny you did a great job and will definitely keep on recommending this company in large part to the well job on the pool and your attentiveness to your customers!

From the very first meeting with Jayson through to the final handover, the entire process was smooth. Matthew, who was in charge of the construction, was always attentive, clear in his communication, and kept us updated at every step. Everyone on the team was polite, professional, and handled their tasks with care. Gabriel from Pool School, was very attentive as well and made sure any minor finishing issues were promptly escalated and resolved.

I recently completed a pool project with Kura Design Pools, and overall I’m happy with the final result. The process started off very smooth, but like most construction projects, we did run into a few hiccups along the way. What made the difference, though, was my project manager Matt.

Any time an issue came up, Matt stepped in quickly, communicated clearly, and worked to resolve things effectively. I appreciated his responsiveness and the fact that he didn’t let problems linger.

While the project wasn’t perfect from start to finish, I do feel that Kura ultimately delivered a great pool, and Matt’s attention throughout the process helped keep things on track. Our experience with Kura Design was truly outstanding. They built our pool exactly to the specifications we wanted, and in just seven weeks it was ready. The design process was smooth, but what really made the difference was the guidance and support from Matthew Daniel, the Project Manager.

Matthew was there every step of the way—always available to explain what was happening and what the next steps would be. He kindly answered texts and calls, and even visited us whenever we needed. His knowledge, professionalism, and genuine kindness gave us complete peace of mind throughout the project.

Thanks to him and the Kura Design team, the whole process was not only efficient but also a very positive experience. We highly recommend Kura Design—and especially Matthew—for anyone considering building a pool.

Update:
Unfortunately, our experience with Immaculate Images, a subcontractor hired by Kura Design to handle the surrounding area of the pool, was extremely disappointing. The work was poorly executed and completely uneven, as the ground was never properly compacted.

Communication with the owner, Chris Bell, was nearly impossible. He claimed that Kura had not paid him, and as a result, he abandoned the job before it was completed. We ultimately had to hire another company to redo the work correctly, which cost us over $3,000.

While our experience with Kura Design and Matthew Daniel remained positive, we strongly advise anyone working with Kura to make sure that Immaculate Images and Chris Bell are not involved in any part of the project. Ensuring this will help you avoid unnecessary frustration, delays, and additional expenses.
