Highly recommend Kristi’s Pool Service! The owner, Dave, personally came out to repair our pool pump after two other companies tried to convince us we needed to replace it with a brand-new one costing nearly $2,000. Our pump was only four years old, and Dave took the time to properly diagnose the issue and fix it instead of pushing an unnecessary replacement. His honesty and expertise saved us a lot of money, and we truly appreciate the excellent service. We will definitely use Kristi’s Pool Service again!

The vinyl liner of my pool needed to be replaced. As a first-time pool owner, I had no clue of what my options were or where to start. I called Kristi’s Pool Service and the Owner; David came out quickly to meet with me. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions and went over the process of what needed to be done. The terms of the contract were very clear and straightforward. My husband and I are beyond pleased with Dave his employee. They were all very professional and respectful. Whether it was a phone call, text, or email, they were prompt in getting back to me when I requested information. They got the work done very efficiently, and it looks beautiful! Kristi's Pool Service did an exceptional job resurfacing our pool. They have a very talented staff who have worked in the pool industry for many years. I was very impressed with their attention to detail and the quality of their work. We had a very old pool (1977) that was previously resurfaced (2001) with fiberglass. They removed all the old fiberglass surface and cut out the perimeter concrete around the pool to add new concrete and give the pool an up to date cantilever edge. We also increased the step width to create a bench. We had plenty of questions and Dave was always there with a clear explanation. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a pool resurfacing.

We bought a old house with a pool that had alot of issues. It needed to be resurfaced and the pump and filter needed work. It was basically a pond because it hadn't worked in years..we called countless pool companies to request quotes for a remodel only for them all to say that couldn't take on the job and would refer me to someone else. I finally found Kristi's Pool service and when Dave came to give me a quote he was confident that he could get our pool fixed and resurfaced. It only took about 2 weeks to go from a nasty green pond pool to the beautiful blue pool I've always dreamed of. Thank you so much for making this happen for us.
