I am by far not happy with the service at all. I am not sure if the technician that came out was inexperienced or just lacked the knowledge to figure out the issue. Bought a new Honeywell X8S thermostat that needed to be installed by someone with more knowledge than myself and I by far do not think that was this case. For some reason the thermostat would not turn my AC on when commanding it. He did figure out there was a voltage drop on one of the wires but that was it and just left it at that. So big issue 1 Didn't try to figure out where, what was causing the drop or really try to resolve the issue. Thennnn proceed to remove my new one and reinstall my old which was perfectly fine, but the issue i have is he just literally left it hanging from the wall didnt even remount the mounting bracket or anything just left it hanging away from the wall. $100 house call wasted and in the exact same position I was when I reached out to them with no resolution and no clear path of how to fix it.

Excellent and fast service and at an affordable price. I had an issue with my HVAC unit and they came out quickly, found the problem and called the manufacturer to find out my unit was still under warranty, which saved me a lot of money. They did the work the very next day. The South Walton tech (Jeff) was very friendly and knowledgeable. I sell real estate for work, so I work with home repair vendors quite often.
