I wanted to upgrade to a larger safe to store my valuables and guns. This was my first purchase of a gun safe. George and his wife Amanda that Owen the business are very knowledgeable about safes. George me to the show room and I was impressed by the safe he showed me. It weighs 600lbs and could hold all my guns and important files.
I bought it the same day and George and Christian delivered it to my home to my home the same day. I was impressed by the way they use their equipment to move the safe into my home and taking caution at every step of the way to place the safe where I wanted it. George explained to me that it had a 90 minute fire rating and the warranty detail from Black Hawk safe company.

What a great family business! They definitely know what they're doing. All of the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. These people will definitely go the extra mile to take care of their clients! I wasn't sure they were going to be able to complete my application with the constraints presented in my home. They absolutely cared about making me happy and put in every effort to do so. What a great experience! I would most definitely recommend Jorge and his staff to anyone in need of their expertise!

Amanda at Knowell’s Lock & Safe was fantastic. I called around to several places trying to get motorcycle key duplicates made and most were immediately dismissive, including some local shops and big retail stores that just flat out said no. Amanda answered the phone, was super polite and welcoming, and assured me they could help.

When I arrived, she was the one who cut the keys herself. The process was quick, easy, and very reasonably priced. I brought in my own blanks for a motorcycle key duplicate, and when I got home and tested them, every single one worked perfectly.

Great service from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming here first for any future key or locksmith needs.

These guys give EXCELLENT customer service and they do a great job as well! They all work together so well and they will have you laughing and smiling while getting the job done. They returned to our property (hotel) to assist with something that could have just been a phone call. I definitely recommend this business!

I had been researching a looking for the right safe for about 2 months. When i first went into the store I was met by Alyssa. She was very helpful friendly and knowledgeable. I thought I knew what i was talking about and had decided on what brand and model to purchase. She opened my eyes to more questions that I did not know That I should ask myself about what I wanted. With her help[ I was able to become a more informed shopper and made a different and better decision. On the day of the delivery they called and asked if they could come to me earlier as they had a cancelation, sure why not. I was told between 12 & 1. We all know how that works out you are waiting til 1:15. Not these guys They were pulling into my driveway about 11:50. Both of the guys were very clean and well professional dressed. They took a look at my location and informed of the delivery process. Once installed they helped me set my combination and made sure it worked. Showed me the ins and outs of how the safe operated with all of the accessories. They did such a great job of cleaning up that they only way my knew they were there was the safe in the house. I will calling them again for any locksmith needs I have.
