Kitchens Today

Absolutely horrendous experience. So much went wrong going to write in bullet points:
-In March contracted a bathroom & closet remodel being told no permit needed. Sales team promised me one thing, I signed contract with $10k deposit. They took $15000. Never heard from them until 4months later.
-OPs team came in months later to tell me the permit (same one I was told wasn't needed) was rejected by the city and they were still waiting on that. In addition, none of what was promised by sales team could be done. Company actually tried to schedule demo without ever providing a rendering or having me pick out fixtures.
-Sales guy who told me everything they could do then came back, told me I had cheap cabinets and it would add $12k to the cost. I then asked for owner to call me.
-48+hrs later I had to call the owner bc she had no idea what was going on in her own company and was "reviewing the notes" so she couldn't reach out to me
-5months after payment, owner came out, offered to refund money for bathroom & if I wanted to give them 2nd chance for closet. I said yes, my mistake. She promised me a price.
-two days later the now 2nd head of OPs calls me & tells me it is $500 more than quoted. Blamed the fact that I live in a condo, which owner said they have worked in plenty before & I didn't change addresses in the middle of the project.
-was asked to give one day, a second day just in case for closet install. They worked 4hrs on day 1 (I have sign in sheets) then made me sit at home the next days until 6.40pm for them to provide the worst quality closet I've ever seen.
-showed up with no drawer pulls picked out. Owner text with "see if she can purchase them so I don't have a long warehouse wait". I have screenshot of this message.
-the workers broke my fan pull and didn't say anything, tried to hide it. Also propped their tools against my wallpapered wall and when they tried to clean the wall, ruined my wallpapered I can't replace.
The drawers they installed are STOCK kitchen cabinets (I know this to be true because I had a professional cabinet maker come quote me to fix the closet).
-owner knew I was dissatisfied & didn't bother to reach out. Only responded after I sent photos.
All photos attached are their "finished" work. This was a 6month process with the company. Chipped wood, metal joint brackets, random pieces of wood nailed into the wall, random paint strokes and what looks like attempts at caulking. And uneven height shelves.
This is not buyer remorse. This is a company I would recommend staying AWAY from. They offered to come fix it in a months time but they have already had two chances & I cannot risk more damage to personal property. Poor quality, bad service.

We had an amazing experience with Kitchens Today from start to finish. They were professional, communicative, and truly cared about getting every detail right. The team made the whole process easy, and the final result is absolutely beautiful. I couldn’t be happier with my new kitchen. Highly recommend them!

I called last week, had an appointment for today at 10am, Sean and Bryce were punctual, professional, very courteous, friendly, and afforded us with everything that could possibly be addressed for a small remodel in our kitchen. Even though this was a small remodel with no luxuries, they spent the same amount of time as it it were a huge upgrade. If this is representative of this company and the project, I am sure that this experience will be both rewarding and productive. The price is within our fixed budget and both Sean and Bryce were attentive to our requirements, desires and budget. Will continue to write reviews throughout the project, and thumbs up to our first meeting!!!

Our kitchen renovation is complete, it is remarkable and lovely at the same time. Functuality was our 1st priority and aesthetic value secondary, not only needed but what was available as far as help in order for us to stay in our own home. I would highly recommend Kitchen Today for ALL your needs in kitchen and bathroom upgrades!!! We worked with Sean and Bryce, our work crew was Joshua and Amanda who were exemplary, along with Tyler and Robb, and others. Please consider talking with this company, we’re sure you will be pleased!!! We received EVERYTHING we asked for, KT not only met our needs but went above and beyond, the crew was fantastic!!!

Hired them to come out, gave the price, we paid the 1st payment. Tech came to measure. Then was canceled due to my refusal to text/email my drivers license for them to keep on file. As a home owner wanting repairs, and willing to show my lic day of, they canceled even though they initially said past 3 day mark and can't cancel. I was really hoping to work with them to get a new tub. Something about needing my drivers lic to pull permits, then that story changed 3 times. Shows how much a contract is worth if the business decides they want to void it.

Update: After speaking with the owner, I'm updating the review. The sales teams will be getting some extra training during the set up process. I'm sure normally asking for a drivers lic to check ownership of the house is common, and I would have been happy to do so while there were in my house. Being told later for 3 different needs sent up too many red flags. They will retrain, and make sure to ask for drivers lic while going over contract from now on. Again, was really wanting to work with them to get a new tub.

The remodeling project of our kitchen, breakfast & dining areas have been completed successfully. We are very happy to say that Kitchens Today has delivered everything and much more than we initially expected.

Dani, Bryce, Anthony & their entire team (Max, Ramon, Juan, Emer, Antonio and Luis) were friendly, attentive, understanding, cooperative and honest throughout the entire process. They worked very long hours on some of the days to finish the tasks on hand but remained very friendly, jovial & cool. We are extremely impressed with Anthony's work ethics and his detail oriented nature. He is a very honest, friendly, jovial & cool guy who went above & beyond to make us happy. He guided us in many areas throughout the process by explaining to us what are the advantages and disadvantages about certain things. Anthony provided many small things here & there beyond our expectations.

We have fallen in love with our remodeled kitchen, breakfast area and dining area. Now our kitchen looks brighter, spacious & beautiful.

We are very certain to say that we will consider Kitchens Today for any other project in the future.
