If I could give a 6 star rating…I would. This company, in particular Austin and Kyle have been spectacular. Our first experience doing a significant remodel required us to rely on their expertise. They did a fantastic job. Attentive, good listeners and very helpful. You won’t be disappointed!
This post is about the rude drivers that they have on the road I'm omw to work when this work truck come outta no where and cut me off to the point where he speeds around me then force his way into my lane. It's crazy because I have a family that I wanna go home to every night and for these ppl to put someone on the road that clearly don't care about other ppl lives is crazy to me I did take a picture of work truck tag.. Still waiting for solutions to their many mistakes 5 and a half months after original delivery January 23 rd 2023. Holding up our closing on the house and horrible communication. I know I’m the only bad review as of now, however One 5 star is an employee and another I suspect is a family member. Dealing with KBC has been a nightmare. After leaving this review their service and communication did Improve. I believe they have finally finished and corrected most all issues.

Only thing that beats the quality of KBC’s product is their customer service. Top quality product with small business responsiveness. Couldn’t recommend them more!
