Great experience! The sales manager Bill and the excellent installation by Edwin. Very happy with my choice to go with Kinetico water systems. The system is simple but state of the art technology. I did both systems. Whole house and reverse osmosis for the kitchen. Easy decision to protect my home with the best water treatment system. It’s a must in Florida! We are completely satisfied with our water filtration system. The water is clearer, tastes good, no more white residue on our showers doors. The system has made a huge difference. When I call a business, I expect at least a message that they are serving other customers when they can't answer the phone. Being able to leave a phone number and getting a call back is what most competent businesses have. Kinetico does not have this. There must be a lot of disorganization at this time. I had an appointment from sometime between 8 - 12, but by 1:00 nobody arrived. When I called, nobody answered after 20+ rings. They eventually told me that the technician quit that morning. No call to inform me???? I wasted half a day. A 4 hour time frame for an appointment arrival means they don't know their business and and don't know how to schedule. The overworked technician came for my next appointment and did a good job.
Our experience from the initial visit and estimate to installation was seamless. The salesperson spent a good deal of time properly educating us on the system and the installer did a great job putting the system in our home, including RO, bringing a selection of faucets for us to chose from. The installation was clean and he was very careful while drilling through the granite to protect the area and contain the dust. The price was right as well. 5 Star service!
