I came in to fix a pair of earrings that have been in the family for over 33 plus year. I was nervous to hand over my precious gold earrings but rest assured the owner made me feel they were in great hands and He was right. Not only did he fix it but he made sure to have a resolution so the problem doesn't happen again. The price was also goodand fair. I'll definitely be coming back! Thank you so very much! Now I can pass this down to my daughter!
I took 2 jewelry projects to Kimberly's Jewelers; the first required a custom design. Alex talked through the design with me and produced two exquisite pendants that exactly matched what I had requested. The second project involved replacing multiple diamonds in a platinum ring setting Alex ordered stones from different sources and set them beautifully, straightening the setting and polishing it so it actually looks better than when it was new! He did both projects more economically than other quotes in the area. The work was completed on time, the customer service was professional and courteous, and the whole experience was pleasant and professional. The only question I have is, why take your jewelry anywhere else? I know I'll check at Kimberly first when I'm shopping for jewelry and repairs going forward.
I had a watch that went without a working battery for a long time. I just so happened to stumble across this place while driving and immediately I was not only able to get help but, they had a battery for the watch. I thought it was going to be a high price for the battery replacement but to my surprise it was under $20. Highly recommended

Alex is the best in town. Going to someone as knowledgeable as him can save you a ton of money. If it weren’t for Alex, we wouldn’t be as happy with my engagement ring, wedding ring, and earrings. He has also repaired my dad’s Rolex twice and does a fantastic job at that, as well. Do yourself a favor and do business with this wonderful LOCAL jeweler.
