What a bunch of liars… and it started with the very first call!
We already knew what was wrong with our well pump, and when I spoke with Kenny, he said, “No worries, we can be out tomorrow around 1-ish, and the price will be ___.” Sounded good to me.
Well, sure enough, the next morning he calls and says it won’t be 1 PM like he promised… because he wants to know if he can come earlier to get us up and running as quickly as possible. Some nerve, right?
Around 10:30, he and his partner show up and immediately get to work. They didn’t mind me watching and asking questions, so I’m standing around chatting while they move like a perfectly choreographed team. At one point the younger guy says it’s his first time doing this. First time? Yeah, okay. The way these two worked together — barely talking, perfectly timed, smooth as could be — you’d swear they’ve done this a million times.
And the lies just kept coming.
During conversation, Kenny casually tells me he’s 71 years old. Seventy-one?! I may wear glasses, but I’m not blind. This man doesn’t look a day over 40 and would probably run circles around people half his “fake” age.
But here’s the biggest lie of them all…
On that first call, he said he thinks the job would take about 2–3 hours and cost around ___.
Well, that “thinking” part must’ve been another fib — because it took exactly the amount of time he said it would and cost exactly what he quoted.
In all seriousness, these guys were professional, efficient, honest, and great to deal with. You will not be disappointed if you give these guys a call!

Yesterday morning, Weds, 2/4/26...I called about my well not pumping (no water in house running)...and was told to unscrew the box at the well outside and open it up and found a yellow wire disconnected and dead insect inside (beetle)...reattached and problem solved...OUTSTANDING SERVICE, THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
