I had a great experience with K2 plumbing. The plumber was professional and knowledgeable! They Fixed my plumbing issue quickly and efficiently and the price was very reasonable! I would definitely recommend their services! Amazing crew!
I can’t thank these folks enough for their services. I found K2 from Google looking for plumbers in our area with good reviews. We had an ongoing mold and water damage insurance claim in our condo that the insurance company didn’t want to pay for. Our condo had previous history of the stack pipes leaking. A leak detection company determined that our bathtub drain was leaking. We needed to determine if there were two leaks or only one. Tony helped us to find that there was only one leak. He recommended an insurance adjuster who he did business with to help us with our insurance claim. He installed a shower instead of replacing the bathtub. We encountered a big problem the main power line for many condos was running through our bathroom drain and was damaged installing the shower. Tony helped us determine the best way to repair everything properly. We had to go through insurance litigation which took 2 years for us to receive the money to fix our place properly. This was a 3 1/2 year ordeal from the time that we reported this to our insurance company. Tony stayed with us the entire time until completion. He recommended a contractor who helped us tremendously with being able to repair everything in a timely manner and do it correctly. Tony even returned our key to our condo after 2 years when everything was done. The professionalism and service doesn’t get any better than this. Thank you Tony and staff! Changed my hot water heater. Get your quote in writing. The price changed after the installation, twice. They had 4 people here, so I didn't argue. A month later, the hot water heater went out in the other unit. The guy from another company, installed it for less, and did it to code. He then brought the one in my unit up to code. Everything was so nice and clean when he was done, I ended up asking him to do over $2000 worth of work. I, now, have a reliable, honest plumber to do all the work on my place and it's not K2.
My stepdad owns rental properties and he’s had a great experience with Carmine and recommended him. K2 installed a new water heater for us and now recently changed out a valve in our bathtub. Everything’s been working great. The guys that changed out the valve had to cut into our tile and wall and they were extremely cautious with vacuuming the dusk so it didn’t get everywhere. They did a beautiful job and the price for labor was reasonable. I would definitely recommend them.
I needed a plumber today ASAP at my new condo. A family friend recommended Carmine and K2, and I’m glad they did. Carmine came to our place, diagnosed the problem, and within a few hours, I had a new water heater installed. Carmine and Larry worked clean and neat, careful and exacting, and gave me tips on my a/c, too. I’m sad I had an issue, glad I found someone I can depend on.
