We had a great experience with this septic company. Ryan and his crew came out and replaced my drain field lines quickly and efficiently. I had contacted two other companies, but they barely responded, and when they did, they were booked far out in advance. Ryan was quick to get back to me, scheduled the job promptly, and he and his crew completed everything in under three hours. I really appreciated their responsiveness and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Our septic tank had not been pumped in quite some time and the people living in the house before us had disposed of some odd items. The guys did a great job, were friendly and knowledgeable. The cost was extremely reasonable and I highly recommend them.

From coming out to give me a quote before the busy holidays to coming out and doing the job, they kept me informed throughout the process and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend Johnson’s Septic! I had to have my drain lines replaced. I had a really great experience with this company. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and very responsive. I will say that the person who impressed me the most was Ryan, who was the one I mostly dealt with, because he’s a good guy and someone who will take the time to answer all of your questions and not act like he is too busy or that your questions are stupid. I had this experience at another company, where the person I dealt with acted like I was bothering him and that I was a dumb woman for the questions I was asking. Not so with Ryan, who was always professional and respectful, which is very important to me. He was always very quick to get back to me as well when I had further questions or concerns.

The work was done in a very timely manner and although it was an expensive repair, it was very reasonable and less expensive than a quote I had gotten elsewhere. Johnson’s will be the only company I call for any septic related issues in the future.
