Johnnys Car Wash

This place used to be awesome. Car was not thoroughly cleaned inside or outside. Don't go in an hour before they close, all the workers are rushed, and do a terrible job. The cashier said I should just go back through again, so I asked the manager about all the spots not cleaned or vacuumed, and he said that they don’t really clean the inside. I just paid a whole lotta money for what I could get down the road for a better car wash and self service vacuums.

First visit late October 2025. The staff to help me pick my selection and pay for my wash. I had bird poop on the top of my car that was not adequately washed off by the wash process. The free towels for youth were still wet or damp. They have little curbs in front of the vacuums that are a bit too high and my front bumper got stuck on it.

Never had an issue. Everything has always been great until today because of the kid that’s behind the counter that is too focus on this phone instead of helping customers and then after paying for the car wash instead of handling the money to my hand, he just drops it on the counter and goes back to his phone. Who does that???? And to make things worse they scratched my car and started saying that it was like that and came in like that when this is a brand new vehicle that came literally from the dealership

Terrible Service, Do NOT Go Here

I paid for an inside and outside car wash, and they only did a sloppy outside and none in the inside. When I pointed it out, they acted like it didn’t matter and refused to give me a refund. Basically, they charged me for something they never did that’s a rip-off.

The staff clearly don’t care, and the customer service is a joke. Don’t waste your money here. If you expect to get what you pay for, look elsewhere.

To the owner: Give me my money back. You didn’t do the job I paid for.

Went in for their most expensive service and when I picked my car up it smelled of something rotting, the fender of my car was still covered in bugs and I can see visible scratches on the hood of my car. So disappointing.
