John Williams Sprinklers has been our go-to company for over 20 years. They have installed complete sprinkler systems for our family at several houses, a shallow water well and several sprinkler system repairs. Recently they replaced my shallow water well pump and sprinkler system valves. I called to make an appointment and their technicians showed up on time, did the job correctly and left a clean work site with absolutely no mess. I can’t say enough about this company…..fair prices, quality work and a hallmark of Pinellas County for well over 25 years. Thanks for the exceptional service!

You have to call multiple times and hound them to get someone out here. Always promised a call back from a tech by the lady who answers the phone but nothing. Watch YouTube videos to repair your own broken irrigation system/lines or find someone who is more reliable! Either they need to hire more staff or stop loading up their schedule since they’re backed up atleast 2 weeks.

The previous homeowner (an engineer) choose this company to rebuild the pump many years ago and I decided to use them to troubleshoot my well. They tested and diagnosed the problem on their first visit. They were transparent about prices and reasonable. Based on this, I decided to use them again this time for a new well. The price is fixed and reasonable; I an confident they will do a good job and will update this review after the work is complete.

We were told by another company that our well needed to be abandoned and an new well drilled. Mr. Williams came out and assessed the problem and stated that the well should be fine. He fit us in to his very busy schedule and got our well up and running in a matter of 2 days. The only problem with the well was the pump. He was extremely transparent in his pricing and came in thousands below is original bid. I would highly recommend this company for any irrigation needs. It is nice to work with honest businessmen

Used John Williams for our well from 2017-2018. On the 1st service call we needed a new pump apparently because the one we’d purchased a year prior wasn’t good enough. No qualms there over a $600 pump. Then a few months later when we weren’t getting enough water they said it would be $1,500 to drill new well points. So we did that and had water for maybe 6 months. Called the company, they had fired the guy that installed our points and the woman on the phone told us they were dealing with many issues from him. They sent another tech out and John confirmed we’d need to drill new well points again for $1,500. No discount for just having them done less than a year prior apparently because their tech didn’t know what they were doing. Anyways, rainy season came and after I hired another company who did things the right way and went deeper than our water table like this company should have. We had tons of water gushing from the ground. Nothing like what John’s company did. Cost me another unnecessary $1500, but now we’re set for a while. Still upset John didn’t offer to discount his services rather than try to double dip on well point drilling within the same year. The fact they blamed it all on the previous employee also was frustrating. Maybe they need a manager/owner on site if they can’t be trusted.
