Jerry Mills Discount Pumping

I don't write alot of reviews, but this had to be written. This is in regards to a septic replacement.
The crew at Jerry Mills Discount Pumping were AWESOME!
When they dug up the septic, they were as sensitive as they could be to the irrigation system, marking where pipes and wiring were compromised.
Got everything done. Scheduled inspection quickly. And then covered everything a couple days later, allowing me time to go in and fix all the irrigation.
When they got back, they noted one irrigation line not correct and we got that fixed.
The fill in and clean up was great. All I have to do is plant grass and we're good to go.
Letting them know that they can put a sign in my yard if they wish. I've had a few neighbors ask about who did the work.

I have to say that Johnny was the best technician ever! He was not only courteous and professional however he went above and beyond to assure me that during the clean up stating"You will never know I was here."He was careful working around my gardens.Taking the time to even clean the area that had "overflowed" prior to him arriving. I was impressed by his workmanship and keeping me informed on issues he was finding. He spent 2 hours working on my septic tanks.Honestly...I cannot recall anyone being so attentive! I will definitely ask for Johnny again!! Johnny I appreciate you!!

We had a bad situation with our septic , I called them and they said they had a full day, and we would be the last customer of the day. I was very surprised when Hunter called and said he was 15 mins away. He was very professional and knowledgable. He found our problem and resolved it, and went above and beyond to help us keep it from happening again.The Customer service is top notch. I can not give high enough praise to them. I will use them for as long as I live or theyshut down due to winning the lottery! You will not be disapointed!!! Also they are very compettitve!!

This company is exceptional! Called late morning to get our tank pumped and within 3 hours, they were there. Johnny was wonderful, a pleasure to talk with and explained our issues in detail. Very pleased with the service from this company!

After our tank was pumped 2 months ago, we knew we had issues with our leach field and had to have it replaced. Spoke with Vicki and received excellent service, as always, very informative and kept me updated with all the steps. Andy and Heath were the guys who installed the new leach field. From start to finish, they were professional, very meticulous and just top notch throughout the process! Explained everything and gave recommendations on how to keep everything working correctly. Their work ethic was very impressive!! Really enjoyed talking with them both. Cannot say enough about these two and would recommend them and this company over and over!! Thank you for the great job!!!

GREAT COMPANY! they were there on time, did a great job and everyone in the company was nice and informative. They left the worksite very clean. At the end of the job when most companies say its going to be a little more money , jerry mills told me it was going to be over $700 LESS. THEY EXPLAINED WHY AND THEY DIDNT HAVE TO TAkE THE $740 OFF BECAUSE I WOULD HAVE NEVER KNOW. So finding an honest company is soooooo refreshing now days when everyone is trying to rip you off. They also offered the best price to begin with. So a big thank you to jerry mills for making this process easy and stress free
